Our Why
ECatalyst's purpose is to transform developing communities through their entrepreneurs. Like many, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship to create sustainable development. But we also believe that most current efforts to foster entrepreneurship in the developing world are not transforming communities even where they help individuals. It is our "WHY" to transform whole communities by addressing the Missing Middle.
Our Work
We build locally-owned, locally-sustained Entrepreneurial Ecosystems, which are catalytic networks of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and investors that allow entrepreneurs to thrive. Entrepreneurs then grow businesses, foster job creation, build economies, and create sustainable solutions to local problems.
